NOTICE TO ALL FRESHERS: GUARANTOR FORM DOWNLOAD

All newly admitted students (Freshers) of Spring Up College of Health Science and Technology, Ondo City, Ondo State are hereby informed that the Guarantor Form is now available for download.

Freshers are required to download the Guarantor Form from the College website, ensure that it is properly completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian, and submit the completed form to the Admissions Office within the stipulated period.

Please note that:

1. The Guarantor Form must be filled accurately and completely.
2. Forms that are incomplete, unsigned, or improperly filled will not be accepted.
3. Submission of the Guarantor Form is a mandatory requirement for full registration.

Freshers and their parents/guardians are advised to treat this instruction with utmost seriousness, as failure to comply may affect the student’s registration status.
